Programme design and development
We design training and development programmes for adults and professionals:
- Teachers and lecturers in schools and colleges
- Directors, executives and managers in the co-operative and social enterprises
- Volunteers supporting co-operative, educational and community endeavours
We also work with young people, in formal and informal settings, using inclusive and participatory techniques to explore important issues from their perspective.
Our design approach involves working closely with clients to understand their training, development and learning needs. We always design unique solutions to unique needs. Key features of a CLADA event include:

CLADA is an association of educationalists and facilitators who work in co-operative, educational and social enterprise settings. We aim to inspire and empower individuals and groups to engage with and shape the communities in which they live, work and learn.
