Getting to grips with your future - everything matters
An assessment for learning process for work related learning, citizenship and enterprise
This is a pilot design using the concepts and techniques of co-operative approaches to learning to aid year 10 and 11 school students to review experiences in a learning community with peers. It seeks to integrate learning from a range of experiential activities that, for the learner, emphasises ‘Making the future happen for you’. An Education Business Partnership is working collaboratively with CLADA to experiment with the design, then offer to other schools.
This is a two-part process with a four to six month break between each day event. Specific outcomes for young person include:

- Making sense of multiple experiences related to citizenship, work and enterprise
- Personal action planning
- Greater insight into their own qualities, skills and aptitudes

- Apply review skills across curriculum at all times
